WOMEN'S DISCIPLESHIP DIRECTOR

Erika studied English at Auburn University and Spiritual Formation at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Before coming to Waypoint, she and her husband, Danny, served in Atlanta, East Asia, Boston, and at a Korean church in Raleigh.
 
She loves spending time with Danny and their three children (though there is only one left at home), reading, writing, watching plays, and traveling. She also enjoys talking with friends over a walk or coffee, so she feels very fortunate those things are part of her job description! She is passionate about giving people space to wrestle with the complexity of Scripture and the human experience, while together seeking the hope found only in Christ.
 
In addition to her role as Women’s Discipleship Director, Erika oversees the Prayer Ministry and the weekly blog at Waypoint.
